Some bands just sound right in a room built for listening, and Terraplane Blue is one of them.

Terraplane Blue is a Georgia-based blues trio led by native-Georgian guitarist Doug Peters on guitar and vocals, with John Straw on bass and, Dean Johnston on drums. They're a versatile, blues-based group with a clean, skilled sound.

Expect a set of original songs, blues, and blues-rock with material drawn from artists like Stevie Ray Vaughan, ZZ Top, Eric Clapton, Buddy Guy, Tab Benoit, Freddie King, Albert Collins, The Meters, and Robert Johnson. They play mostly vintage gear for a warm, classic tone.
